Each month, we’ll tackle a new thought-provoking topic, diving as deep as we like. Conversations will be fun, challenging, nourishing, and—most importantly—confidential. Think of this as your sanctuary for honest, heart-opening discussions. An intellectual exchange—no advice, just your personal perspective.
Here’s what to expect:
- A safe, judgment-free space where your ideas and experiences are valued.
- Topic this month is a deep discussion about Shame and Inadequacy.
- Everyone gets a chance to speak! We’ll use a timer to ensure fairness, keeping each contribution to one minute.
- At the end of each session, you’ll leave with a small exercise related to the topic to try in your own life before the next meetup.
