Maximizing Google Reviews
Business reviews on google are one of the most powerful tools for attracting new customers online. Google reviews provide you with feedback from your customers that can help your business improve its products or services. Online reviews can also help you build trust and credibility with potential customers. According to a survey by LocalBright, 81% of consumers used Google to evaluate local businesses in 2021.
To get the most out of reviews it is important for businesses to know the following:
- What do consumers care about most when it comes to reviews?
- 2022 Trends for reviews
- How can your business encourage customers to leave reviews?
Understanding the answers to these questions can help your online reputation and how it compare to your competitors.
