About Celebration Theatre Company
Celebration Theatre Company (CTC) began as the dream of our Artistic Director, Maury Evans, to start an LGBTQ Theater company. Before moving to Albuquerque, Maury had written and directed several Christmas musicals in Portland Oregon.
Our first production was another of his original works, "The Easter Bonnet", and he collaborated with Leon Lake who composed all the music. Our first three productions were performed at MCC Albuquerque and the connection to this wonderful faith community continues to this day.
